During our build session on Saturday we received word that Midwest Motor Sports and their online stores TyphhonHelmets.com and Scooter-ATVparts.com have joined the bIrobot team as PowerUp! Level 5 sponsors. The news came in a letter from Lynn Faber-Kendro, who happens to be Erin Wiser’s aunt. We are especially proud to have them as a sponsor because the business is an example of what is possible with the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship that drives FIRST. Midwest Motorsports started in a basement. Now they are a leader in the sale of helmets and other motorsports gear. They help assure the quality of the helmets they sell by certification lab testing samples of every product on a regular basis.
