After a few weeks on the island (well actually, a week and a half because weather left us stuck across an extra day) we off to our second district competition hosted by Macomb Community College at Sterling Heights High School. After a plane ride, moving our gear from the plane to our trailer and a four plus our drive we will “pit in” – that is move all of our equipment and the robot into the pits, get our pit set up (with our Beaver Island display arch), and get our robot inspected and qualified for action starting Friday. Opening ceremonies will be at 10:00 on Friday morning with competition starting right after that. We don’t have a schedule yet, but you can use the links below to find the schedule and tune in to watch events live on the web. There is also a link to The Blue Alliance where you will find a link to an app for your phone that will let you watch live as well as find out match results and watch match replays. You can also follow us on Facebook for occasional updates from the field and the pit.
